1. 2. Independently or under the arrangement of superiors, complete projects, process development, new technology testing, etc., analyze and summarize test results, and form written reports;
3. Responsible for preparing culture media, processing biological samples (cells, tissues, and organs), refrigeration, resuscitation, and activity testing; Screening refrigerated reagents and composite formulas;
4. Perform routine operations for cell culture, including resuscitation, inoculation, passage, amplification, cultivation, growth curve determination, etc., and timely and accurately fill in experimental records;
5. Coordinate, collaborate, execute and complete research projects with clients, analyze and summarize experimental results, and generate written reports. If necessary, travel to clients to complete biological research projects;
6. Daily maintenance and upkeep of relevant instruments and equipment involved in cell culture processes, timely filling in usage and maintenance records, etc;
1. PhD or above, major in medicine, pharmacy, biology or related fields, molecular biology is preferred, and more than 2 years of research experience is preferred;
2. Have relevant research experience and academic background; Priority will be given to candidates with experience in cell, embryo culture, tissue sectioning, and formulation development of biological reagents;
3. Experience in low-temperature biological refrigeration of cells, embryos, tissues, or organs is preferred;
4. Proficient in various experimental instruments, automation equipment, and biological sample processing;
5. Familiar with biological experimental operations, molecular biology experiments, and experience in laboratory management and cell culture are preferred;
6. Strong ability to search and read Chinese and English literature; Familiar with regular office software and statistical software such as SPSS, Graphpad Prism, etc;
7. Having a scientific research spirit, enthusiastic and interested in experimental research, down-to-earth and rigorous, with strong stress resistance, able to concentrate on scientific research;
